Checking in before 3 pm was a breeze, and the room was surprisingly spacious and clean despite being right next to the airport. The only downside was the queue at reception which could use some improvement, but the beds were incredibly comfortable.

The hotel is conveniently situated just across the airport, offering a superb location with great soundproofing. The rooms, although appearing spacious at first, turned out to be a bit lackluster with worn-out beds. The service was exceptional, with very kind and helpful staff. The dining experience was average, but the hotel's renovation plans were evident. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.

After a long day of traveling with Club Carlson, I found myself frustrated and angry having to stand in line for caffeine' coffee sachets for 15 hours. The service was a mix of helpfulness and unexpected charges, with one staff member going out of their way for us but also adding a hefty cleaning fee to the bill. The hotel's location opposite the airport was excellent for transit passengers but lacked proximity to shopping centers. The dining options varied from barely edible to a delightful selection of dishes. Despite these ups and downs, the facilities were adequate for a quick layover.

While it's right in front of the airport and has an on-site restaurant, the noise levels could be a concern, and it's best not to stay at another Radisson due to some issues.

The hotel rooms were perfect, nice and big, with a lot of amenities in the bathroom. They were lovely, clean, and roomy, located conveniently near the elevator. However, I didn't need all the extra beauty they offered.

Staying on the 'dog-floor' proved to be surprisingly nice, with spacious rooms featuring two major sitting areas, large closets, a comfortable bed with bedside power outlets, and convenient lockers. However, the service was a bit lacking with some backroom handling and a seemingly indifferent attitude from staff. The location was superb, just steps away from the train station and airport terminals, making it extremely convenient for travelers. On the downside, the lobby felt cold and unheated, affecting the overall atmosphere.
